Compare-List to standard-list and catalogs. (Under construction)

Many collectors are faced with the problem of chip type and card manufacturer. Even me ; I get crazy of all these chips numbers and denominations.  It is not always easy if the card manufacturer also produces the chip (or not) . In most cases this is not the same.  I tried to identify ; the PRODUCER of the chip and number these in an easy to understand listing.  I am waiting for corrections, ideas , omissions , and comments on this matter.

I have split up the chip names in 2 parts ; chip used in standard phonecards (no internal memory) and SIM-chip cards used mostly in GSm cards (also known as SIM Subscriber Identifier Module) , those chips have a memory which is modifiable and can store information like phone-numbers, messages , games , and so on. Mostly these SIM's are programmed in JAVA-language.  GSm cards have Fixed chip (older issues) and PIC known as Plug-In-Chip or removebale chip for the smaller Gsm's these days. We do not make any difference in this as it is the same chip.

I am waiting for your support to USE and to LINK to this site , so that EVERYBODY
once and for all uses rthe SAME chip-language.

I have been inspired by different good sites, who lists a lot of chips and information.

Ever opened 10 catalogs ? Look by the chip identification. How compare them ?

Even well known catalog issuers , are using different chip types-names  for the same chips.

Check for example the Chip explaination in  :

SPAIN catalog Marcobal,
Mvcards catalog 6 Small European States
Phonecote 2002 France
Mvcards catalog Russia 1Ka
Mvcards WPC-13  Africa 4
and so on... what a mess ...
